How do you get around the annoying TikTok glitches?

I mean the ones like when you post a video and it goes through the annoying low views glitch like not even breaking the usual 200? I already know about the times you can and cannot post your videos but the glitches are hitting my account during those times as well. What are good ways to advertise my account in the app or off it as due to those glitches I feel that the algorithm isn’t always reliable and feel I need to expand my strategy to grow it. Not just relying on the promote feature but looking at more ways free of cost to do it.
