How do i block someone who has already blocked me?

I already tried that one method where you access their profile through a profile l!nk on a browser, and then you block them there. but for some reason, when i try to tap on the “block” button it doesn’t work. it won’t let me block them. was this patched or something??

this is stressing me out i don’t want them to even be able to access my account at all what if they unblock me
