Tiktok account: 0 views for multiple videos

I’m running a business account for a car dealership and recently started experiencing a strange issue where my videos suddenly drop to zero views.
Here’s the exact timeline:
• My videos were performing normally with average views.
• Then one video suddenly blew up to 50k views.
• The very next video dropped to 1k views.
• After that, some videos started getting 0 views — completely stuck at zero.
• Because of that, I paused posting for half a month.
• When I came back and posted again, the videos kept getting 0 views.
• To test it, I uploaded the same video on a different account, and it got 2,000+ views within days.
• Other people can still see all my posts on the original account, so it’s not a visibility glitch.

Has anyone dealt with this before? What should I do?
