How do i fix this?

I was scrolling tiktok and all the sudden my tiktok completely froze. So i closed out of the app and restarted it and opened it back up, when i opened it back up, the black screen with the logo & two colored dots were just stuck there for minutes. Finally, when it loaded, it treated me as if i was a new user? It told me to pick a topic and started to show me how to do things i was doing fine before (reposting, saving to favorites, etc) it didnt log me out though. It also took away my activity status feature, the privacy setting in my settings, and 2x speed so i can no longer hold down on the side to speed a video up. Does anyone know how to fix this?
