please tell me how to fix this!

sorry if this isn't the right place for questions like this, but i'm having this issue where, when i save videos from tiktok it's really slow and the audio mutes in the middle? i'm assuming it has something to do with how fast paced the edit is but is there a fix? excuse the edit but i needed an example.
