Ai slop videos on fyp

Randomly got this fully ai generated tiktok in my fyp, its kinda popped up like a livestream. No option to mark as not interested and I cant even screenshot the videos, I just get a pop up saying "can not screenshot for security reasons".

Attached a pic of the account but has anyone else seen something similar? This feels really sketchy
