Yasuhira Soda Viral Audios

Does anyone know what is going on with this artist Yasuhira Soda? He has nearly 9.6 million uses of his audios which have seemingly been retroactively added to existing videos. Creators are confused and on Yasuhira’s account he seems to think people genuinely just like his music when there is clearly either a huge bug or deliberate ploy going on.
