how to get back username

tiktok unjustly gave me a one-day ban for "scam" (WHICH I DIDNT DO BTW). so i appealed and the appeal got accepted. except, now i dont have my username,bio or anything. all my posts are there but my username is gone??? and i cant change ut back to my original username.
