any way to re-appeal ?

tried appealing with only my face for it to say im 14-16😐 i am 18 so i tried going to the previous page to confirm age with id, but it just fully closed out and said “appeal declined.” now when i try to put in another, it says there was an appeal submitted already, even though i did not confirm or submit any shit on the last page, just hit the back button. like the dob it gave me to choose from was some shit like 2010-2013 ?? so i did not have any interest in submitting that .. is there any way i can sort this now or do i just have to wait for tiktok? had this account since 2018 (which thinking now, is very silly, seeing how tiktok has that info and is convinced a 4 year old created a tiktok account and has been consistently using and posting on it since) and reaaally really dont wanna lose it or my dming privileges !
