How to actually contact a human at Tiktok?
Recently I was logged out of my account by my browser, and when I tried to log in, it asked me to verify by email, but I don't have access to said email anymore. I contacted TikTok support by email, and kept getting emails telling me to send verification data. Every time I would send it, it would tell me it was wrong and ask me to send it again. Obviously, I was not speaking to a human being. After a few emails, I decided to give up, log in to another one of my accounts, and send an actual report through the app. Eventually, I did get a human response telling me they would escalate my case to a specialized support team, so I gladly waited. Today I woke up to my report being closed without explanation or response. What do I do? Do I just keep sending reports? I've read threads on here that said to keep sending reports and eventually you'll get a human to look at your case, but I don't know, this is so frustrating because I can literally prove I own the account, I just can't get an actual human to look at my case.
