For instance, I’ll post a video and in the first few minutes, it‘ll get 37 likes for 210 views. Which is a good ratio! Yet the video just falls off after that.
I know my content is good and the likes per view ratio is higher than 1:10. Yet I feel like TikTok just refuses to keep pushing it.
Anyone else feel this way?

Called 300 views jail that means it tests the video with around 300 if they don’t watch it all way thru it doesn’t show it anymore . Main reasoning is it doesn’t want people to close its app .. always wants every user to stay as long as possible
Something seems fishy with that ratio. I dont post often. But when i do post, my videos dont perform ANYTHING near that level but they have slowly risen well over 1000 views as the hours and days go by. --- Makes me wonder if Tiktok throttles some videos no matter what the metrics are in the first few hours, strange.
Likes tell the algo what kind of videos to show the person who liked you. Shares and comments tell the algo to show your video to other people.
The algorythm is completly random.
