I lost the email to my tiktok account.
I've been trying for a while and the support has asked me to give information I already gave, along with nit allowing me to ask for anymore support.

Go to the email provider you used and try to recover the account. If you use your phone number it should be able to help you find the account.
Just make sure you don't sign off Tiktok.
