My comments and other comments not showing?

Whenever I post a reply to a comment I see that it says one reply, but it’s me and another reply that was already there. Mine still shows up but I don’t see any replies to it or likes. I got on my alt account to check and I liked my comment, I go back and I have no like notifications at all. I also never get reply notifications and can’t see certain replies, been like this for a year or so, I’ve tried clearing my cache and logging out earlier but idk.
