Cant follow or like an account

Hello! I am a social media manager handling a client’s TikTok account. When I log into the account on my phone, I am unable to follow accounts or like posts, although I can still comment. However, when my client uses the same account on their phone, they can follow and like posts without any issues.

This has been happening for the past 5 days. Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it? Thank you!
