Profile Views on TT

Ok so if I turned my pv off to look at someones account but saw that other people (un-named, just says 4 people) viewed my account, can I turn my pv views back on to see who viewed my account in the time that my pv views were off? Or will it still say that 4 people viewed my profile and I won't know who it was?

Also, read another reddit thread; if I were to turn my pv on, can I look at who viewed my pf and then turn the pv back off and my name wont be in the pv of the other person? Idk if that makes sense, but I read if you turn the pv off, stalk someone's account, turn your pv back on, then turn them off shortly after, you won't show up in their pv unless they are actively looking at it when you turn on/off.
