Annoying TikTok bug (no views, nothing shareable to stories)

I know there have been plenty of posts about this. I am a musician on TikTok who has been dealing with videos not hitting the fyp and not shareable to stories during (what was supposed to be) my biggest song release of the year.

I included the Live incentive screenshot because this is the first time I am officially seeing that something is up with my account. No reply from support yet… good luck to everyone dealing with this 😑 hopefully we get an answer soon
