TikTok support keeps sending automated responses even though my account appears to have been compromised

Has anyone here successfully recovered a TikTok account after the recovery email was changed?

My account appears to have been compromised. The recovery email was changed to one that isn’t mine, so I can’t reset the password.

I’ve already submitted reports but haven’t been able to resolve it yet.

If you’ve dealt with this before:

  • What ended up working?
  • How long did it take?
  • Were you able to get your account back?

I’m mainly looking to hear from anyone who’s been through something similar.
