can’t add post in stories and follow anyone

Hi! i just created new account on tiktok for edits. i have a problem that i can’t add new posts on stories nor on my old edit acc, nor on the new one that just created.

i wrote to support, i got no reply from them.

on new account i can’t follow anyone even though they can follow i dont know what to do
i’ve already updated my app, cleared cache still have this problem.

maybe that’s the problem of my phone? im getting these kind of error notifications always when i try to add post on story.
