PC Tiktok Studio No Live Access

Hi,

I am trying to livestream on my PC via Tiktok Studio Application, but I have given up. It says I have no live access, and a blank profile picture. My account was established over 30 day period with a great number of followers. I can go livestream on my phone but not on the PC.
