Following and unfollowing

So I already made a post a while ago concerning the fact that my following doesn't work.

It's been several days and three tickes on on of my other accounts that I've been trying to resolve everything. I've tried everything! Clearing the cache doesn't work, the connection doesn't work, the log in and out doesn't work, the restart your phone doesn't work, the redownload tiktok doesn't work, the changing phone or pc doesn't work but does for my friend. I don't follow a lot of people. I basically tried EVERYTHING! And nothing is working.

Pls answer this post, I really want follow my friends and creators that I like but I'm stuck
