TikTok delayed comments?

Today & yesterday my tiktok has been completely delayed in the notifications. I took screenshots to show but I got the notification saying this comment was from 2hrs ago but if i tap on the notification you can see it's from 19th ago.

I'm also getting in-app notifications about comments on the top of my screen but none in the notifications section. Does anyone know why? This just started happening yesterday.
