There is a way to make my account not being recommended for my friends, family and people from my city in general by "people you may know"?

Is there a way to disable this feature? I wanted to create another account to post some edits, but I didn't want anyone to know because I'd be kind of embarrassed if someone in real life found out.

In my primary account i follow and am followed by my friends and some family members.
