I asked TikTok how to comply BEFORE changing my LIVE. They reviewed my plan. I followed it. I was suspended anyway.

I need a sanity check because I honestly don’t know what I could have done differently.
Before launching my first Surprise Set, I asked TikTok’s Collectibles team to review my entire workflow before I went live. I specifically asked them to tell me if anything violated policy so I could fix it first.
Based on the guidance I received, I launched the format.
During my very first surprise set LIVE, I was suspended.
I immediately submitted the original conversations, screenshots, and photos of my setup.
After reviewing everything, TikTok support told me my account had been “carefully reviewed” and was “active and ready to use.”
The warning disappeared.
The LIVE suspension didn’t.
It is still active today.
Now I’ve been told something completely different—that the format isn’t allowed.
That’s the part I can’t understand.
If I asked for guidance before changing my business, followed the guidance I received, and later received a different answer…
What should I have done differently?
I’m genuinely asking.
