Algorithm Change or Shadow Ban?

I have about 6k followers, most of my posts get about 700-1000 views, about 70-80% is generated from the FYP, and 50-100 likes. In the last week, i’ve been getting 100-200 views, and only 5-15% is generated from the FYP.

I’ve seen on here that a true shadowban also takes away your ability to post stories and promote videos, but i still have the ability to do both.

the act is in good standing with no flags, anyone have any insight or suggestions to what’s going on?
