Bottom of “reply with video” comment getting cut off?

I’m trying to use “reply with video“ but it’s only including the first four words that the person said out of five. I tried replying with a video to other comments and it was able to get much more text. When I resize the box, it doesn’t change the text. What should I do? App is updated.
