Is this happening to anyone else?

I got this weird glitch or something where this chewy ad would "infultrate" people posts. I thought it was a joke at first, but A) no one in tje comments were saying anything about it and B) it would take you to the site. It also seems to change where the ad is placed when refreshing the videos.

At the end lf the video, I paused and went back to the original post and the post was normal...
