how do I make my tiktok lipsync not upload blurry?

i’ve filmed a tiktok lipsync and it’s sort of in the dark but you can see me well and i’m worried when I upload it’s going to go sooo blurry. how do I avoid this? i’ve already tried clearing cache and downloads!!!
