Tiktok support is non-existent

I've seen a few posts here on this sub already and all I have to say is:

I agree with all of you. Tiktok support is literally non-existent.

So this is my third time texting them the same stuff, with screenshots AND screen recording and this is the same message I'm receiving every time I explain the problem.

The first time I didn't attach anything. I submitted to the support and received the message I've always been receiving, so I've been sending them the recording and screenshot, but then they closed the tick for no reason.

Second try: I've been adding the screenshot and recording directly to my question. Received the same message and the tick was closed.

Third try: Same as 2nd try.

I have no words. All I can say is I'm used to the "Steam Support", completely different worlds
