Weird recommended videos

About 10-20 minutes ago my whole FYP completely changed to AI videos,”funny clips”, AI Accounts with laughing emojis as there pfps, Videos in Asian languages, Political stuff etc. most of the videos have less than 1000 likes. Wanted to know if anybody was having the same problem and how to fix it thanks.

Same thing happened to me last week, it's like the algorithm just gave up. I reset my cache in the app settings and it went back to normal after a day.
