Age restriction/verification

I recently got age restricted, which I thought was just a new policy that everyone has to verify their age. So I went to verify with my ID, but then I saw the agreement/waiver which says, "For the purpose of identity verification and *product/algorithm enhancement*. *My

data will be retained* for lesser of: *three

years* from my last interaction with Incode

or until the purpose no longer exists."

I'm quite political and opinionated so I don't feel comfortable giving out my ID like that. Are there any work arounds?
