Does this come across as a low effort Resident Evil tribute page?

I started with views in the hundreds-around 1k range & stuck in the 300-600 view jail. It’s been exactly two weeks & only 40 followers. It’s more of a fan page & pretty PG, since I know TikTok can get out of hand. It feels personal & as if I’m having no luck. I’m hearing about brand new accounts that started with low engagement too & then they just get lucky. That one hit wonder gets them thousands of views, it should’ve happened by now based on other people’s stories. Or is it my editing skills?
