What is happening to my account

It just says this even when I try posting smt new it dosent let me and when I search my profile on other accounts this is what it shows

Also if someone knows how to change your age on tt even if u alr verified it lmk cause i want to change it cuz I think my account is broken im still on 13 years old limitations even tho im 16 and verified with my ID… ive tried appealing soo many times
