Hey everybody, I have two accounts that I use to share content. Each account for an app that I am building.
A couple of weeks ago one account started to get 0 views on all videos. I posted 6 videos with 0 views, one video prior to that received only 2.
The other new account got a 0 view video by the third post.
The terrible thing is that TikTok does not provide any feedback about what's going on. Are some experts here?

Algorithm seems to flag fresh accounts that post app content as spam right away now. Had the same thing happen with a project I was working on last month, zero views across 8 posts before I just gave up on that account. Warm up the account for a week with reposts of trending sounds first, then sneak your actual content in after you've got some engagement history.
It is, unfortunately, extremely hard to gain any viewership on TikTok, and even if you get the views, it's not promised that the likes will boost it. Getting views is just one part of it you also have to worry about catching people's attention. There are so many creators on this app constantly pumping out work. If you can't post three times a day and continuously, consistently interact with TikTok at all times, you are considered pretty much useless. A lot of people are sitting at those low views or the "200-view jail." TikTok is a grinding app now. you cannot casually post on there you will be met with nothing. With rage bait, AI, and a lot of other things going on on there, it leaves almost no room for smaller creators to build any kind of community. You have to work 10 times as hard in this year to gain a following in a community than you had to work two years ago, because you need to stand out and you need to do it 24/7—if you don't, you get nothing.
I have the same problem :( At the moment I’m just a hobbyist sharing my art on TikTok and I don’t mind being in 200/300 views jail. I still managed to create a little community with around a 100 followers.
But since the last 3 days all my recent posts are at 0 views. I really hope it’s just an algorithm thing and it’ll pick up again. But I still missed a few days of posting during Art Fight which could have guaranteed me some engagement.
At least I’m not the only one. If any one has some tips on how to deal with this now or in the future I’m happy to hear it!
