My comment restriction appeal hasn’t been viewed. I sent it in April and TikTok support does not respond when I email them

I got a permanent comment restriction on tiktok, which means any comments I leave will not be able to be seen by the creator or people, under the false pretenses of “spamming”, when I was just responding to comments with a reaction photo. I sent it in April, and it’s the end of July. I sent several emails and for a month it has been like “wait 7 days for an appeal!!!” I also sent in the form. Does anyone know an easy and affective way to get in contact with TikTok?
