Logged out from acc

So, I had a tiktok account where I have lots of drafts and all them memories

Suddenly, one day, I get logged out from it and get switched to completely different account which was made 4-5 yrsago by accident

Now, I dont have any way to log into that

I tried to log in to my original acc

It says "switched to original account's name" but then again switches to the one I made 4-5 years ago

Is this some sort of bug? And if so, how tf do I fix it?

I logged into the acc from my mobile no. and have no recovery options it seems
