Never letting people appeal is a feature now ...

I recently got rejected from CRP, and my appeal was not approved. I accepted this, and began my wait of 1 month before I could appeal again.

However, I saw that my appeal date was increasing by 1 day every day (so the appeal is always 1 month away). It has gone from the 4th of August to the 20th today. It will be the 21st tomorrow.

This is quite frankly ridiculous, and unfair! Support said this was a feature.
