its actually baffling to me. i report a pd f file and no violati0ns found. i report a r@p1st no violati0ns found. i report a person coming to my dms calling me a b1tch and no violati0ns found. i report a sex1st, rac1st, hom0phobe.. no violati0ns found. all the comments even when they straight up say smth like " id r@pe her" NO VIOLATI0NS FOUND WTF

i got a str1ke for saying "how does it feel when no women like u" to a rap1st inc3l sex1st man..

ive gotten comment taken down for saying "lol" to a funny video

make it make sense. either all the people reviewing the reports r a bunch of inc3l rac1st white supremacist r@pists pd f files that u hire on purpose or there is smth wrong w ur system and lets hope its the system, bcuz from here its pretty obvious on which side tiktok is on.

Typically you have to report the content itself that's in violation of TOS. If you're just reporting a sus handle, that likely won't stand because the platform allowed the handle to begin with, typically as a matter of freedom of speech.

Often people with bad handles don't necessarily create content that's violating TOS. But if you're reporting them for that it can actually harm your reputation for making frivolous reports.
