how to get rid of a shadowban

I know most of the people thinks shadowban is not a real thing, i was one of them until it happened to me😭 My posts were getting between 1k-400k views but then it suddenly stopped. I wasn't getting any likes or comments anymore. I didn't mind it much and just did my daily posting but after hours and hours I was stuck at 0 views even though my video was posted (i checked from another account) Is there a way to fix this or this is just a way for tiktok to make users pay for views?
