Why am I stuck in 300 view jail?

This seems to be a common question but my recent post (and many others I have posted recently) max out at 300-400 views. I will get about 60-100 likes, some comments, reposts etc. I post on my story and my posts are generally every 3-4 days.

For example, as of this moment, my most recent post got 359 views, 89 likes, 1 comment, 2 shares, avg watch time of 3.7s (the video is 13s long). So 25% of viewers liked my post which from my knowledge across social platforms is a lot, but I don't get pushed out of the 300 view jail for some reason?

I really don't know what I'm doing wrong.
