tiktok took away my stickers and i have no photos

as the title says it, tiktok right now just randomly took my stickers, not completely, i can still use stickers in chats but in videos not anymore, and before that i didn't even have photos but everyone else did, i can't see peoples photos in posts nor post them, i already posted abt me not having photos on this reddit and no one had the same problem as me, i am legit the only person that has this problem, i reinstalled the app multiple times and nothing, i also don't have any updates, the app is updated completely, what do i do?
