Live getting falsely restricted

Using Tiktok live studio on my computer and every time I go live within 3 mins I get this restriction. I am not selling anything, nothing on my profile that takes you away from tiktok..

I am not telling anyone to go anywhere.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Of course they deny my appeal too.
