Am I shadow ban?

I used to get around 800 views every post. No matter if the content was great or poor, it was always (legit always) within 10 views of 800 and then the algo stopped showing the videos to other people.

If I changed up the kind of content it would drop me down to 200 views for a post or two and then back up to 800.

A few weeks ago I made a post (it went viral on insta) but tiktok only showed it to under 10 people. Since that time, tiktok stopped showing my videos to anyone. My last bunch of posts got 0 views

My account shows it’s in good standing.

Reached out to TikTok and they said they’d look into it but never got back to me

Is there anything I can do or do I have to start a new TikTok?
