Why is TikTok constantly begging to spend money on ads?

I and many of my streamer friends post onto TikTok. But every time I post, I get an ad at the bottom of my post saying that I could spend some arbitrary amount for views (e.g. "Your content could blow up - act now! spend $24 get 10,000 views"). I've still had some clips reach 80K views despite this, so why are they so adamant on it? Do you stop getting these "buy views" ads once you reach a certain account size? It's just so annoying and demeaning, I would like to just get my 200-400 daily views in peace, lol.
