Suddenly following accounts I know, for a fact, I did not follow

Is this happening to anyone else? I haven't used my account in a couple days, and I go on it this morning to find that I'm following accounts I never would've followed or would've appeared on my FYP in the first place. I won't go into details as I'm not sure about rules, but they were related to opinions I most definitely do not share, and one was very gross to women which I would never want on my FYP. I know for a fact I never saw either of these accounts before.
