Is this happening to anyone else??

For the past couple of days, whenever I try to expand a video caption, after I exit out of it the video gets really small and my bottom menu disappears. Then the rest of my FYP videos usually lag a bit and my menu bar never comes back. This has been driving me crazzyy, and im not sure what the issue is
