Possible to leave a Live Agency under a contract?

My friend started going live and the horde of guys wanting her to join their agency swarmed her live and DMs and she joined one that had a local presence.

Problem is they don't do anything promised for her but scold her in the morning for not doing what they want and take 25% of her live profits. These so called managers creep on her in private and she just feels like they are ruining her live experience which should just be fun but it's worse than her day job.

She did fall for a 1 year contract and want like $4000 to break it early. There has to be something that can be done, I'm still waiting to get a copy myself to see what can be done.
