so whats with videos being perpetually 'in review'?

first off, a video wasrem0ved for generic "c0mmunityg uidelines" (and odd simply trying to write this post (here on reddit) stating that, and a stupid popup appears saying 'oh noes, contains selfpromotion (no it doesnt))... hence the odd spellings. anyways - submitted a 'review' - but now it just seems to be perpetually 'in review', and support is useless (the ai garbage)... any clue how to get the view 'reviewed' so it can be re-approved?
