Views being stuck. Way lower than usual. Not being pushed out like usual?

50k-100k average to stuck at 48 views.
Hello everyone, I’m an animator who is almost at 100k followers but unfortunately i’ve stopped posting because of the weird tiktok flop. so now i’m not growing anymore.
i’ve posted two videos and both got stuck at either 48 or 32 in an hour.
weird because i always get 3k-5k in an hour and it ACTUALLY goes up instead of staying stuck at that number.
none of my friends are experiencing this issue, perhaps because they’re not from america? but please let me know if you’re also experiencing this.
it’s been like a month and still no good results…
should i try again now?
