TikTok not pushing video into algorithm?

I've been uploading on TikTok for two years now, no problem, I quit for a year then just recently came back, when I posted my new video (I do lyric videos) suddenly my video only gets pushed to my followers and not new viewers, (I already had one posted and it got 3 views in 7 hours) meanwhile my old videos are still getting traction, what's happening?
