My fyp is all of a sudden women focused and idk how to fix it.

For a week or 2 now TikTok has been pushing make up and mom content to my fyp and it never did that before. Now it’s girlfriend relate vids and “BSF” high schoolers. I press “not interested” every 3-4 scrolls now. I avoid hashtags and creators but no change? I’m a 28 year old guy and would like my algorithm back, I miss my skatepark, sports, and meme fyp
